Toy Soldier Card

Good morning all!
I'm so glad the weekend is here!
As it's Saturday, I have a La Pashe creation to share with you!

This is a single layer card that I made to send overseas.
I used one of  the Toy Soldier elements from
I wanted to keep it as light as possible as I always include a letter.
I made up the card front in my graphics programme,
added a bit of Washi Tape & touched up with some Sakura
glitter & glaze pens.

Truly simple & quick as a flash, so if you still have those last minute cards
to get done, look no further.
There are also the download sheets if you want something more!
Thanks for popping by!

Snowman Buddy

Good morning bloggers!
How are you all, well I hope?
Can you believe it's Thursday already!
That means it's time for my Just Inklined post!
Here's today's little creation!

If you visit my blog regularly, you'll have probably seen this adorable
little image already! He's called
I think he's just the cutest little snowman around!
Here's a closer look!

He's printed onto pearlescent card, then cut out with a nestie,
coloured up with promarkers & then glittered around the edges.
The base is 6"x6" made from pearlescent CS too.
I embossed a couple of tram lines around the edges.
Then I added a couple of DP's from the First Edition Christmas Village stack.

The Merry Christmas paper has an embossed finish to it.
I added some snowflakes which were punched with an X-Cut palm punch
then glittered & a little faux silk ribbon double bow.
Thanks for popping in!

Anything But A Card

It's time for a new challenge at Crafting For All Seasons.
The theme this time is

I've decorated a candle. I used an image from our sponsor
Robyn's Fetish he's called Carl The Snowman cute huh!
I printed the image onto some tissue paper, coloured it with Flexmarkers
then cut around it & placed it on the candle. I then wrapped a length
of greaseproof paper around it & heated with my heat gun, starting at
the edges & working my way into the middle until the tissue paper was
covered with a layer of wax.
I then added some Washi Tape, silver peel off star borders & stars from
my stash. I've had them for years & years!
I made a little base from some card decorated with Washi Tape, then placed in a bag
which I closed together with more tape. I also added a little gift tag.

Here's a closer look at the candle without it's packaging.
Thanks for looking & I hope you can join us for the
