Christmas Is Coming

Good morning all!
It'sMonday again!!!
The weeks are zipping by & I still haven't got myself as organised as I should
be for Christmas this year! However, I'm beginning to clear my feet & feel
like I'm getting there slowly!
is this weeks theme for the challenge over at Eureka Stamps!
Here's my little card!

Have you got your tree up yet?
I'm putting it off for as long as possible because I fear my kitties
may well be just like the image I have used this week
Digi 22304 Kitty In Lights
Isn't he just the cutest?
I love that cheeky grin on his face!
I've used a 6x6 inch base card. I decided to go with yellow,
one of the colours I picked out of the background paper.
I used my Sakura Glaze pens to colour the lights & a
Light Fawn Flexmarker, to colour up the kitty!

A bit of matting & layering & a border punched with a Martha Stewart punch.
The sentiment was simply done on my PC.
The little sparkly bow just landed there when I was messing about,
so I decided just to add it where it was!
Thanks for popping in to look at my little card today!
I hope you like it!

I'd like to enter this card in the following challenges:

A Gem of a Challenge - Christmas anything goes
Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas - Time To decorate
My Time to Craft - Christmas animals

Christmas Sparkle

Hello everyone, two posts from me today!
A while back, I was lucky enough to win a challenge at UnstampaBelles.
Part of my prize was an invitation to be GDT with them for a month.
The theme for the December challenge is

You can create something all sparkly for Christmas, not necessarily a card

We all end up with glitter all over us and the creative space anyway at this time of the year
so go for it!

The twist is to make us (the readers) smile!

This can be with your project or with your post about that project!

Prize:
A $20 Aust. Gift Voucher to an on-line shop of choice
(must be able to issue gift vouchers)

Here's my card!

I used a white 6"x6" base for my card.
I cut some glittered card stock using a Lawn Fawn Die,
silver for the snowscape & blue for the night sky.
I added a die cut, white glittery circle, cut with a spellbinders circle die
for a moon, then added some EK Success punched white glittery reindeer.
The snowflakes are punched, and the sentiment is a glittery peel off.
I also gave my lead reindeer a red gem nose!
This card lurked about in my head for a while & it was good to get it made up
I'm glad to say I was happy with the results!

Thanks for popping over, I hope you like my card!
I hope you'll play in the challenge too!
Just remember not to use a stamp, rubber or digi!
